Important Notice December 2022
New patient registrations
At the moment due to the immediate pressures we are not accepting new patients only from those patients who are in the same household as patients registered with the practice such as returning university students and new babies.
This will be reviewed periodically.
Thank you for your understanding.
|
New patients will be registered with the practice however you will be allocated to an individual doctor. We will endeavour to give you an appointment with your allocated doctor if he or she has an available slot.
When registering patients are asked to complete a new patient information card and an appointment will be made to see the practice nurse or HCA. The card will provide us with helpful information about your health and relevant history before your medical records become available to us.
Please collect an application form from the surgery with Id and proof of address.

Temporary Residents
Patients temporarily in our area who need to see a doctor and are not being provided with essential services under any other arrangement in the locality will be provided with medical care. Temporary residents are those patients who are staying the area for more than 24 hours and up to 3 months at the Surgery's discretion.
Access for the Disabled
Although there is a path leading to the main entrance of the surgery wheelchair access is limited due to the nature of our small premises. We do however provide disabled toilet facilities. All doctors and nurses clinics are on the ground floor and are accessible for wheelchairs of normal width.
Baby Changing Units
Baby changing facilities are available on our premises.
Changes to Personal Details
If you change your name, address or contact numbers please inform us immediately in order for us to update your records. If you move outside our practice area we will need to transfer your records to your new doctor.
