Have your say on adult ADHD services
NHS Kent and Medway is inviting people to have their say on how adult attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) services can be improved
Over the last few years, demand for ADHD assessments in England has risen at such speed that services are unable to keep up. In the past two years, Kent and Medway has seen a rapid 600% increase in demand for adult ADHD services.
This is a national issue and waiting lists for a specialist assessment with the adult ADHD service can take several years.
Survey
There is a wide range of support available to people without a diagnosis, including online group coaching, a mental wellbeing app created for and by the neurodivergent community, community groups and local and national websites.
NHS Kent and Medway would to hear from people living with diagnosed, undiagnosed or suspected ADHD, as well as family, friends or carers of someone living with diagnosed or suspected ADHD.
You can get involved by completing the survey. The survey will close on the 4th December 2024.
